What is Redis Cloud?

How do I get started with my trial?

Any AWS MP customer who has not previously subscribed to Redis Cloud Flexible will be enrolled in the free trial when they subscribe on the Marketplace.

How does the trial work?

The trial ends at 14 days, or upon reaching $500 in Redis Cloud usage, whichever comes sooner. The free trial comes with everything Redis Cloud has to offer. At the end of the free trial, you will automatically become a Redis Cloud pay-as-you-go customer.

How do I run Redis Cloud on AWS?

Redis Cloud is available through the AWS Marketplace and runs in your existing AWS environment.

Can I purchase Redis Cloud through the AWS marketplace?

Yes. Your cost is billed through AWS and may apply to any pre-commitment as part of your Enterprise Discount Program (EDP).

What if I’m not eligible?

If you’re currently a Redis Cloud customer and thus are not eligible for the trial, you may still qualify for a Marketplace credit or proof of concept program. Fill out the form to get assistance from a Redis expert about your options.
